SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Three Bees Co.! Every item is thoughtfully created and packaged with care.
PROCESSING TIMES
Many of our items are handmade, embroidered, or custom created specifically for you. Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, high-volume seasons or travel time.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.
SHIPPING
Once your order has been completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier selected at checkout and are outside of our control once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Three Bees Co. is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all personalized and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
LOCAL PICKUP
If local pickup is offered, customers will be notified once their order is ready for pickup.
OUT OF OFFICE / TRAVEL NOTICES
Three Bees Co. occasionally pauses processing during travel, holidays, or family events. Any temporary processing delays will be clearly posted on our website banner and/or checkout page prior to purchase.
CURRENT OUT OF OFFICE NOTICE, as of May 20, 2026
Three Bees Co. will be out of office June 10, 2026 through June 21, 2026. Orders placed during the time frame of June 1, 2026 and June 21, 2026 will begin processing once we return. Shipping timelines shown at checkout do not include this temporary processing delay.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Three Bees Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
