Our Local Custom Embroidery Service allows you to bring your own embroidery-friendly item and have it professionally customized by Three Bees Co.

From business logos and team apparel to names, monograms and personalized gifts, embroidery can be added to a variety of customer-supplied items, including shirts, polos, sweatshirts, jackets, bags, totes, towels and more.

Embroidery services start at $15 per item.

Because every item is constructed differently, not all products can safely or successfully be embroidered. TBC reserves the right to decline items that cannot be properly hooped, stabilized or embroidered with our equipment.

Business + Organization Logos

Need your company or organization logo embroidered?

Email your logo when placing your order and provide your preferred placement, size and thread colors.

Embroidery machines require a specialized digitized embroidery file rather than a standard JPG, PNG or PDF.

If your logo has already been professionally digitized, you may provide the embroidery file for review.

If your logo needs to be digitized, a one-time digitizing/setup fee will apply.

Once TBC has an approved embroidery file for your logo, the digitizing fee does not need to be charged again for future orders using the same design at the same size.

Embroidery pricing starts at $15 for one standard placement.

Final pricing may vary based on:

• Stitch count + complexity
• Number of thread colors
• Placement
• Item construction/material
• Additional embroidery locations
• Quantity

Large, highly detailed or high-stitch-count designs may require an additional charge.

How It Works

1. Place Your Order
Tell us what you'd like embroidered, select your personalization options and upload a logo or inspiration file if applicable.

2. Drop Off Your Item
Bring your clean, customer-supplied item(s) to TBC.

3. We Prepare Your Design
We'll review your embroidery details and prepare your design for production. If digitizing or additional charges are required, we'll contact you before embroidery begins.

4. We Embroider It
Your item will be professionally hooped, stabilized and embroidered according to the approved design and placement.

5. Pick It Up
We'll notify you when your finished item is ready for local pickup.

Customer-Supplied Item Policy

All garments and items for this service are supplied by the customer.

Embroidery permanently alters the item and involves needles, thread, stabilizers, hooping and machine stitching. While every effort is made to safely and professionally embroider customer-supplied items, certain fabrics, seams, coatings, construction methods and materials may react differently during the embroidery process.

TBC cannot replace or reimburse customer-supplied items for issues resulting from manufacturer defects, existing damage, fabric or material limitations, hidden construction features or other characteristics inherent to the item.

TBC reserves the right to decline any item we believe cannot be embroidered safely or successfully.
