Our DTF Transfer + Pressing Service is perfect for local customers who already have the shirt, sweatshirt, tote or other item they'd like customized, but need TBC to provide the DTF transfer and professionally apply it.

You provide the garment, choose your design and placement, and we'll source the DTF transfer and press your finished item.

Choose Your Design Size

Small Design — up to 5" × 5"
Perfect for left chest, pocket-size designs, sleeves and other small placements.

Standard Design — up to 12" × 12"
Ideal for most full-front or full-back shirt designs.

Oversized Design — over 12" × 12"
For larger statement designs requiring an oversized transfer or pressing area.

How It Works

1. Choose Your Design Size
Select the size that best fits the design and placement you have in mind.

2. Tell Us Your Vision
Use the Design Details section to tell us what you're looking for. If you have inspiration or an existing design reference, include that information with your order.

3. Drop Off Your Item
Bring your customer-supplied garment or item to TBC.

4. We Take Care of the Rest
TBC will source your DTF transfer, position your design and professionally heat press it onto your item.

5. Pick It Up
We'll notify you when your finished item is ready for local pickup.

Best Materials for DTF Transfers

DTF transfers work best on smooth, heat-friendly fabrics including 100% cotton, cotton/polyester blends, polyester, fleece sweatshirts and hoodies, canvas, and other heat-safe fabrics.

Certain materials may not be suitable for DTF application, including nylon, waterproof or water-resistant materials, coated fabrics, heavily textured materials, some performance fabrics, and heat-sensitive items.

Customer-Supplied Item Policy

This service includes the DTF transfer and professional pressing. The garment or item itself is not included and must be supplied by the customer.

Customer-supplied items are accepted with the understanding that heat pressing permanently alters the item. Fabrics, dyes, finishes, coatings and other materials can react differently to heat and pressure. TBC reserves the right to decline an item that we believe may not be suitable for heat application.

While every effort is made to ensure proper placement and application, TBC cannot replace or reimburse customer-supplied items for issues resulting from fabric sensitivity, manufacturer defects, existing damage, material incompatibility or other characteristics inherent to the customer-supplied item.
