Our DTF Transfer + Pressing Service is perfect for local customers who already have the shirt, sweatshirt, tote or other item they'd like customized, but need TBC to provide the DTF transfer and professionally apply it.

You provide the garment, tell us what you're looking for, and we'll take care of sourcing the DTF transfer and pressing your finished item.

Starting at $22 and includes one standard DTF design up to 12" × 12" + professional pressing on one customer-supplied item.

Standard Design — up to 12" × 12" | Included

Oversized Design — over 12" × 12" | +$6
For larger statement designs that exceed 12" in either direction.

Ordering More Than One?

Need the same design on multiple items? Discounted pricing is available for additional customer-supplied garments using the same standard design, design size and placement.

Simply select the number of additional items when placing your order.

For orders of 10+ items, please contact TBC for bulk pricing.

Want More Than One Design on an Item?

Add another DTF design to the same garment for a front + back, front + sleeve or other multi-placement look.

Additional design pricing is based on the size of the second transfer:

Small Additional Design — up to 5" × 5" | +$8
Standard Additional Design — up to 12" × 12" | +$15
Oversized Additional Design | +$20

How It Works

1. Place Your Order
Choose your design size, tell us what you're looking for and provide any personalization or placement details.

2. Share Your Inspiration
Have a specific design in mind? Upload an inspiration image or provide as much detail as possible so we can source a design that fits your vision.

3. Drop Off Your Item
Bring your customer-supplied garment or item to TBC.

4. We Take Care of the Rest
We'll source your DTF transfer, carefully position the design and professionally heat press it onto your item.

5. Pick It Up
We'll notify you when your finished item is ready for local pickup.

Best Materials for DTF Transfers

DTF transfers work best on smooth, heat-friendly fabrics, including:

• 100% Cotton
• Cotton/Polyester Blends
• 100% Polyester when appropriate heat settings are used
• Fleece Sweatshirts & Hoodies
• Canvas and other heat-safe fabrics

For best results, items should have a smooth, flat pressing surface.

Certain materials may not be suitable for DTF application, including nylon, waterproof or water-resistant materials, coated fabrics, heavily textured materials, some performance fabrics and heat-sensitive items.

Customer-Supplied Item Policy

This service includes the DTF transfer + professional pressing. The garment or item itself is not included and must be supplied by the customer.

Customer-supplied items are accepted with the understanding that heat pressing permanently alters the item. Fabrics, dyes, finishes, coatings and other materials can react differently to heat and pressure. TBC reserves the right to decline any item we believe may not be suitable for heat application.

While every effort is made to properly position and apply your design, TBC cannot replace or reimburse customer-supplied items for issues resulting from fabric sensitivity, manufacturer defects, existing damage, material incompatibility or other characteristics inherent to the customer-supplied item.
